What Advizory is

Advizory is an entertainment app: a group chat with larger-than-life AI characters — real-inspired, historical, fictional, and invented — who talk with you and with each other. You assemble a cast and chat with them, or pull a single character aside for a one-on-one.

Advizory is for entertainment. The characters are fictional AI personas. Nothing they say is professional advice — legal, medical, financial, psychological, or otherwise — and you should not rely on it as such. Always consult a qualified professional before making important decisions.

AI-generated content

• Character replies are generated by large-language-model AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or entirely made up. They are provided "as is" for entertainment.
• Characters that are inspired by real, historical, or fictional figures are parodies and creative interpretations. They are not the real person, are not affiliated with or endorsed by any real person or rights-holder, and do not represent their actual views.
• You are responsible for how you use anything a character generates.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Advizory. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Advizory only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Your account

You sign in with Google through our authentication provider (Supabase Auth). You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

When using Advizory, you agree not to:

• Break the law, or use the service to harass, threaten, defame, or harm others.
• Generate or share content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that infringes anyone's rights.
• Impersonate a real person in a deceptive or harmful way, or present character output as that person's genuine statements.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service, its rate limits, or its underlying AI providers.
• Resell or commercially exploit the service without our written permission.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the personas, panels, talks, and messages you create. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display that content so the app works — including sending it to AI providers to generate responses. You are responsible for the content you create and confirm you have the right to use it.

Plans, billing & cancellation

• Advizory offers a free plan with daily usage limits, and a paid Pro plan with higher limits.
• Where paid subscriptions are offered, they are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change plan features, limits, or pricing. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid plans.

Our intellectual property

The Advizory app, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding or code beyond using the app as intended.

Third-party services

Advizory relies on third parties — including Google (sign-in), Supabase (auth, database, functions), AI model providers (such as Anthropic and DeepSeek via OpenRouter), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of the app is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable.

Termination

You may stop using Advizory and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users.

Disclaimers

Advizory is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advizory, Dor Bank, and Ronny Sharaby will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make in reliance on character output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of Advizory after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
