Advizory ("we", "us") is an entertainment app — a group chat with larger-than-life AI characters (real-inspired, historical, fictional, and invented) who talk with you and with each other. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. Advizory is operated by Dor Bank (Givatayim, Israel) and Ronny Sharaby (Ness Ziona, Israel).
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and a Google account identifier through our authentication provider (Supabase Auth). We do not receive your Google password.
- Content you create. The personas, advisory panels, private talks, and the messages you send within them are stored so the app works across sessions.
- Usage data. We keep minimal counters (e.g. number of messages per day) to enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, or photos. Ads appear only in the Android app, and only if you choose to watch one (see Advertising below).
How we use your information
- To provide the core service — saving your personas and conversations and displaying them back to you.
- To generate AI responses. The prompts and conversation context you create are sent to large-language-model providers that produce the personas' replies.
- To operate the free and paid plans and enforce fair-use limits.
- To secure the service and diagnose problems.
Service providers
We share data only with the processors needed to run the app:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and serverless functions (stores your account and content).
- AI model providers (including Anthropic, DeepSeek via OpenRouter, and similar) — process your prompts to generate persona responses. Prompts are sent for generation and are not used by us to train models.
- Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
Advertising
The Android and iOS apps show optional rewarded ads served by Google AdMob: when you reach the daily message limit, you can choose to watch an ad to unlock more messages. Ads never play unless you tap the button. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising ID (on iOS only when you allow it), IP address, and coarse ad-interaction data, as described in Google's advertising policy. Where required (for example in the EEA/UK), you will be asked for consent before any ad loads, and you can change that choice in the consent prompt. The web app shows no ads.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:
- In the app: go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, custom personas, advisory panels, private talks, and usage records. The action is immediate and cannot be undone.
- You may also email us at dorbank@gmail.com to request deletion.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and stored by our providers with access restricted by row-level security so you can only read and write your own records.
Children
Advizory is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
